Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years in event production, live shows, corporate events, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and multitasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead event production process from initial concept to post-event wrap-up
- Work with clients to develop event objectives, creative direction, themes, and deliverables
- Develop detailed timelines, run-of-show documents, floor plans, technical specs, and other production schedules
- Coordinate vendors, venues, staffing, logistics, rentals, décor, and other event-related resources
- Conduct site visits and venue walkthroughs
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, internal teams (sales, marketing, operations), and external partners
- Oversee onsite event management: setup, production, show-calling / cueing, problem solving, breakdown
- Ensure high standards of client service, quality control, safety, and compliance throughout the event
- Post-event evaluation: debriefs, reporting, vendor & client feedback, budget reconciliation, lessons learned
- Post shifts for event staff
