Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in event production or related field
- ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- knowledge of local DC venues and regulations
- willingness to work non-typical hours including nights and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- excellent communication skills
- flexible and adaptive mindset

- Experience in special event production
- knowledge of branding and creative content
- familiarity with audio visual and lighting components
- creative writing skills for proposals and communications
- experience with prop design and carpentry
- ability to manage budgets and logistics
- strong client service orientation
Job Duties
- Lead event planning from concept to strike
- manage client relations and communications
- develop creative proposals and presentations
- oversee budget management and logistics
- coordinate with team members and vendors
- troubleshoot and solve onsite production issues
- participate in installation and event execution
