Job Duties
- create and deliver exceptional event experiences that enhance audience engagement
- research and analyze potential sponsorships to build visibility and relationships
- collaborate with stakeholders to define marketing material requirements and ensure brand consistency
- source and apply technologies to maximize audience engagement
- oversee project initiation, execution, and closure including strategic planning
- manage challenges, risks, and key initiatives for sponsorships
- lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- manage relationships with organizations, vendors, contractors, venues, and consultants
- prepare briefings for all event participants
- manage and reconcile budgets for sponsorships
- establish key performance indicators aligned with strategic goals
- adhere to hospital and department policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
