- 3-5 years of experience in event production or operations nonprofit corporate or theater performance
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proven ability to manage multiple events and vendors
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- adaptability to fast-paced evolving environments
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Lead the full lifecycle of 13 unique events transforming strategic visions into tangible high-impact realities
- act as the primary liaison to secure and supervise top-tier AV and logistics vendors ensuring seamless onsite performance
- develop comprehensive checklists workflows and innovate solutions for real-time challenges ensuring every detail aligns with brand standards
- collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure event strategies hit the mark and resonate with diverse audiences
- manage vendor relationships and onsite logistics for all events
- oversee event setup execution and breakdown to guarantee operational excellence
- coordinate travel and onsite event staffing logistics
