- ability to lift over 50 pounds independently

Job Qualifications
- three plus years of production experience preferably in special events or broadcast production
- strong communication skills with team members and clients
- excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Zoom and basic computer skills
- knowledge of inventory management and rental software/database systems
- understanding of audio, video, and lighting industry standards
Job Duties
- plan and coordinate all live event-related activities
- communicate regularly with clients through phone calls, emails, video calls, and in-person meetings
- create and maintain production documentation such as sales quotes, layout diagrams, run-of-show documents, and teleprompter scripts
- coordinate with venues and external vendors, ensuring adherence to company standards and timely documentation delivery
- select and manage equipment inventory in collaboration with engineering and operations teams
- facilitate logistics including transportation, load-in, and load-out of equipment
- enforce health and safety regulations during production builds and strikes
- maintain clean and organized workspaces both onsite and in-office
- provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance during all operations
