Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Previous experience in hospitality or event support preferred

- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Handles sanitation during courses and post events ie: trash removal, mopping, wiping down counter surfaces
- Ensures all station equipment and dinnerware is put back properly post event
- Works side by side with Event Dishwasher assisting as needed
- Assist with furniture set up, flip and breakdown (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Assist bussing on the floor as needed
- Deliver used dishes and utensils to the kitchen for cleaning
- Return all BW decor items to storage
- Abide by sanitation, health and company guidelines concerning safety, cleanliness, safe food handling and alcoholic beverages
- Attend meetings and trainings as requested, including pre-shift meetings
- Adhere to grooming, conduct and uniform standards
- Execute opening and closing procedures as directed
- Other duties as required
