Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in event planning or hospitality
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • proficiency with computers and relevant software
  • ability to manage large groups and complex event logistics
  • availability to work from March to August 2026

Job Duties

  • plan all event details from sales bookings and ensure smooth execution
  • act as liaison between group meeting planner and hotel staff
  • administer sales agreements accurately
  • detail all food, beverage, and audiovisual needs
  • manage room blocks and pickup for events
  • handle billing instructions and perform final event reviews
  • coordinate with multiple departments for seamless event experiences
