Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years hotel event sales or event planning experience preferred
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to handle a fast paced environment
  • Prefer two years hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program
  • Prefer candidate has completed PSS or equivalent training
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Administer the sales agreement
  • Detail all food, beverage and audio/visual needs
  • Manage room blocks and pick up
  • Handle billing instructions
  • Conduct final event review
  • Serve as on-site contact for events
  • Ensure smooth execution of all events
