Job Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • a minimum of 2-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning or comparable experience preferred
  • must be proficient in general computer knowledge
  • candidates should be extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • preferred candidate has completed CMP or equivalent training

Job Duties

  • Administer sales agreements
  • coordinate and detail meeting and Food and Beverage events
  • collaborate on Audio/Visual needs
  • manage room blocks
  • oversee billing instructions and final reviews
  • work with Event Services Team to ensure smooth event execution
  • liaise between meeting planners and hotel staff
