Job Requirements

- refined verbal and written communication skills
- a minimum of 2-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning or comparable experience preferred
- must be proficient in general computer knowledge
- candidates should be extremely detail-oriented and organized
- preferred candidate has completed CMP or equivalent training

Job Duties
- Administer sales agreements
- coordinate and detail meeting and Food and Beverage events
- collaborate on Audio/Visual needs
- manage room blocks
- oversee billing instructions and final reviews
- work with Event Services Team to ensure smooth event execution
- liaise between meeting planners and hotel staff
