Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in hotel event sales or event planning
  • Proficiency with general computer applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience preferred
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments
  • Prefer two years hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program
  • Prefer completion of PSS or equivalent training

Job Duties

  • Act as liaison between meeting planners and hotel staff
  • Administer sales agreements including detailing food, beverage, and A/V needs
  • Manage room blocks and pickup
  • Oversee billing instructions and conduct final reviews
  • Serve as on-site contact for events ensuring smooth execution
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to fulfill client requirements
  • Address client concerns promptly during events
