Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1-3 years experience in hotel event sales or event planning
  • proficient in general computer knowledge
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • completion of event management trainee program preferred
  • experience with PSS or equivalent training preferred

Job Duties

  • administer sales agreements
  • coordinate all food, beverage and audiovisual requirements
  • manage room blocks and event attendance pick-up
  • provide accurate billing instructions and conduct final event reviews
  • serve as the on-site contact for all events
  • ensure smooth execution of events
  • liaise between meeting planners and hotel staff
