Job Requirements
- minimum of 1-3 years experience in hotel event sales or event planning
- proficient in general computer knowledge
- strong organizational skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- completion of event management trainee program preferred
- experience with PSS or equivalent training preferred

Job Duties
- administer sales agreements
- coordinate all food, beverage and audiovisual requirements
- manage room blocks and event attendance pick-up
- provide accurate billing instructions and conduct final event reviews
- serve as the on-site contact for all events
- ensure smooth execution of events
- liaise between meeting planners and hotel staff
