- minimum 2 years hotel sales experience
- at least 1 year food and beverage industry experience
- proficiency in contract negotiation and interpretation
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- computer literacy with Microsoft Office
- professional appearance and demeanor
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- experience with CRM software

Job Duties
- coordinate all aspects of event planning from conception to execution
- liaise between clients and hotel sales staff to ensure seamless communication
- manage event logistics including group room blocks, catering, and meeting space arrangements
- supervise and provide direction during events to handle any issues promptly
- oversee billing and contract negotiation processes
- maintain effective communication with clients throughout the event lifecycle
- contribute to enhancing guest satisfaction and event success
