Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience
- At least 1 year of food and beverage industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure
- Experience with Hospitality Sales CRM systems
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- 1 year of food and beverage experience
- Strong understanding of negotiation and contract interpretation
- Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems
- Professional appearance and confidence
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning from initial concept to execution
- Act as liaison between customers and hotel sales team
- Provide direction and supervision during meeting and banquet functions
- Address problems during events and suggest viable alternatives
- Manage logistics related to group room blocks
- Oversee food and beverage arrangements for events
- Handle billing processes associated with group events
