Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience preferred
  • At least 1 year food and beverage industry experience
  • Proficiency in negotiation and contract interpretation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Professional demeanor and confident presentation
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
  • Experience using hospitality sales CRM systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience
  • Strong understanding of negotiation and contract interpretation
  • Developed business communication skills both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance and confidence
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and team members

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution
  • Act as liaison between customers and hotel sales team
  • Provide direction and supervision during meeting and banquet events
  • Be available during events to solve problems and suggest alternatives
  • Manage logistics of group room blocks, food and beverage, public meeting spaces, and billing
  • Work proactively with group and catering customers
  • Ensure seamless and successful event experiences
