Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience or completed event management trainee program
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Administer sales agreements and detail food, beverage, and audio/visual needs
- Manage room blocks and pick up
- Coordinate billing instructions and conduct final reviews
- Serve as on-site contact for smooth event execution
- Meet with clients to discuss event details and escort them through the property
- Collaborate with team members and communicate guest needs to staff and management
- Work with vendors and adhere to event budgets
