Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning or hotel banquet coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of banquet food, beverage, and audiovisual service standards

Job Duties
- Coordinate banquet food and beverage services for group events
- Manage audiovisual and meeting room rental logistics
- Serve as liaison between meeting planners and hotel departments
- Gain commitment from customers to deliver expected services
- Ensure smooth on-site execution of all events
- Collaborate with hotel staff to maintain service quality
- Address client inquiries and resolve event-related issues
