Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience preferably in the luxury social market
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to work late nights, evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

- Administering sales agreements
- Detailing all food, beverage and audiovisual needs
- Hosting site visits and tastings
- Managing room blocks and pick up
- Ensuring smooth execution of events
- Conducting post-event follow up
- Reviewing final billing
