Job Duties
- serve as liaison between clients and hotel staff to ensure successful events
- administer sales agreements with detailed attention to food, beverage, and audiovisual needs
- manage event room blocks and monitor pick-up rates
- communicate billing instructions and perform final billing reviews
- act as on-site contact ensuring smooth execution of all events
- aid banquet team when necessary
- coordinate with multiple hotel departments to deliver seamless event experiences
