Job Duties

  • serve as liaison between clients and hotel staff to ensure successful events
  • administer sales agreements with detailed attention to food, beverage, and audiovisual needs
  • manage event room blocks and monitor pick-up rates
  • communicate billing instructions and perform final billing reviews
  • act as on-site contact ensuring smooth execution of all events
  • aid banquet team when necessary
  • coordinate with multiple hotel departments to deliver seamless event experiences
