Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hotel catering and events coordination
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in relevant technology and software applications

Job Duties
- Prepare event documentation and coordinate with sales and hotel departments
- Plan, organize, and manage in-house details for group and convention bookings
- Participate in negotiating meetings regarding functions, rooms, and rates
- Ensure maximization of room and meeting space, revenues, and profits
- Monitor and control event budgets and details
- Act as liaison between hotel and customer throughout the event process
- Lead pre-event and post-event meetings and facilitate event-related meetings
