Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience
- At least 1 year food and beverage experience
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and interpretation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional appearance
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks under pressure
- Familiarity with hospitality sales CRM systems
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- 1-year food and beverage experience
- Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
- Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- Present a professional appearance and confidence
- Ability to communicate effectively with public and other team members
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning from initial consultation to execution
- Serve as a liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel
- Supervise execution of meeting, banquet, and event functions
- Provide immediate problem-solving and alternative solutions during events
- Manage logistics of group room blocks, food and beverage, public meeting space, and billing processes
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout event lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and hotel policies
