Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience
  • At least 1 year food and beverage experience
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and interpretation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional appearance
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Familiarity with hospitality sales CRM systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
  • 1-year food and beverage experience
  • Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Present a professional appearance and confidence
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and other team members
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning from initial consultation to execution
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel
  • Supervise execution of meeting, banquet, and event functions
  • Provide immediate problem-solving and alternative solutions during events
  • Manage logistics of group room blocks, food and beverage, public meeting space, and billing processes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout event lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and hotel policies
