Job Requirements

Minimum of 1-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience
Proficient in general computer knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to handle fast paced environments

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience
Proficient in general computer knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and organized
Prefer two years hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program
Prefer completion of PSS or equivalent training
Ability to handle fast paced environments

Job Duties

Administering sales agreements
Detailing food, beverage, and audio/visual requirements
Managing room blocks and pick up
Handling billing instructions and final reviews
Acting as the onsite contact during events
Ensuring smooth execution of all events
Liaising between meeting planners and hotel staff
