Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience
- At least 1 year food and beverage experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance
- Effective interpersonal communication
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with hospitality sales CRM systems
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- One year of food and beverage experience
- Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
- Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- Present a professional appearance and confidence
- Ability to communicate effectively with public and team members
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning from initial concept to execution
- Act as liaison between customers and hotel sales staff
- Provide direction and supervision during meetings and banquet functions
- Be available during events to resolve problems and suggest alternative arrangements
- Manage logistics for group room blocks, food and beverage, and meeting spaces
- Ensure accurate billing and processing for events
- Collaborate proactively with group and catering customers
