Job Duties
- Administer sales agreements
- Detail all food, beverage, and A/V needs
- Manage room blocks and pick up
- Oversee billing instructions and final review
- Serve as on-site contact for events
- Ensure smooth execution of all events
- Liaise between meeting planners and hotel staff
