Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of event management experience
- At least 1 year of food and beverage experience
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proven experience with hospitality CRM systems
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of event management or conference services experience in a full-service or resort setting
- At least 1 year of food and beverage experience
- Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
- Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance and confidence
- Effective communication skills with public and team members
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with hospitality sales CRM systems such as Salesforce, Cvent, Opera
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution
- Serve as a strategic liaison between customers and resort sales professionals
- Provide expert direction and supervision for meeting, conference, and banquet event execution
- Be available during events to solve problems and suggest alternatives
- Manage logistics of group room blocks, food and beverage, public meeting space, and billing processes
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences at all events
