Job Duties
- Plan and execute all aspects of group sales bookings
- act as liaison between meeting planners and hotel staff
- administer sales agreements and detail food, beverage, and audiovisual needs
- manage room blocks and room pick-up
- handle billing instructions and final event review
- host hotel tours and maintain strong customer relationships
- participate in and lead event and staff meetings
- collaborate with administrative assistants and sales support staff
