Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel, events, or food and beverage sales or planning experience
  • a four-year hospitality degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • proficiency in general computer knowledge
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills
  • detail oriented

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute all aspects of group sales bookings
  • act as liaison between meeting planners and hotel staff
  • administer sales agreements and detail food, beverage, and audiovisual needs
  • manage room blocks and room pick-up
  • handle billing instructions and final event review
  • host hotel tours and maintain strong customer relationships
  • participate in and lead event and staff meetings
  • collaborate with administrative assistants and sales support staff
