- Proven ability to provide quality service consistently
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to manage complex event details and budgets
- Previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with sales and hotel departments to ensure high-level service
- Plan, organize, and manage in-house details for group and convention bookings including guest rooms, menus, and set-up
- Participate in negotiating meetings for functions, rooms, rates and related requirements
- Monitor event budgets and details to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring quality
- Act as liaison between hotel and customer throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases
- Lead pre-event and post-event meetings for assigned groups and facilitate various event meetings
- Manage group room blocks and meeting space to maximize utilization and profits
