Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or hospitality management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Establish and maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients through effective, accurate, timely, and reliable communication and action
- Always remain one step ahead of the client in anticipation of their needs
- Guarantee that each client's expectations, requirements and requests are met prior to arrival and throughout their visit
- Attain service scores related to client satisfaction
- Respond to client exit interviews and meeting planner evaluations
- Address all client concerns as they develop ensuring instant appeasement
- Ensure all functions are checked prior to client arrival guaranteeing all details agree with client requirements and hotel standards
