Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or hospitality management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients through effective, accurate, timely, and reliable communication and action
  • Always remain one step ahead of the client in anticipation of their needs
  • Guarantee that each client's expectations, requirements and requests are met prior to arrival and throughout their visit
  • Attain service scores related to client satisfaction
  • Respond to client exit interviews and meeting planner evaluations
  • Address all client concerns as they develop ensuring instant appeasement
  • Ensure all functions are checked prior to client arrival guaranteeing all details agree with client requirements and hotel standards
