Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of hotel management or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weight
- Detail oriented
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients through effective communication
- Anticipate client needs and ensure all requirements are met prior to and throughout their visit
- Attain high client satisfaction scores
- Respond promptly to client feedback and address concerns to ensure instant resolution
- Coordinate and confirm all event details including room setups, food and beverage, audiovisual, transportation, and billing
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and distribute accurate information to relevant departments
- Collaborate with operational teams to fulfill contractual obligations and uphold service standards
- Participate in weekly meetings to review event progress and resolve issues
- Lead by example to promote a cooperative and motivated work environment
- Assist other departments as needed based on business demands
