Job Duties

  • serving as the liaison between meeting planners and hotel staff during event execution
  • managing sales agreements including food, beverage, and audiovisual requirements
  • overseeing room blocks and pick up for group bookings
  • coordinating and managing meeting spaces and event logistics
  • supervising billing instructions, processes, and final reviews
  • providing onsite support to guests throughout event progression
  • developing and maintaining relationships with meeting planners to encourage repeat business
