Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or hotel event management
  • Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure

  • Knowledge of sales agreement administration
  • Familiarity with food, beverage, and audiovisual event requirements

Job Duties

  • Administer the sales agreement for event bookings
  • Detail all food, beverage, and audiovisual needs for events
  • Manage room blocks and monitor pick-up rates
  • Coordinate billing instructions and conduct final reviews
  • Act as the on-site contact for seamless execution of all events
  • Liaise between meeting planners and hotel staff to ensure client requirements are met
  • Oversee event logistics to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
