Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years hotel event sales or event planning experience
- proficient in general computer knowledge
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work under pressure in fast paced settings
- attention to detail
- completion of event management trainee program or equivalent training preferred
Job Qualifications
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- minimum 1-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience preferred
- proficiency with general computer knowledge
- highly detail oriented and organized
- ability to handle fast paced environments
- prefer two years of hotel experience or completed event management trainee program
- completion of PSS or equivalent training preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as the liaison between meeting planners and hotel staff
- administer sales agreements including food, beverage, and audiovisual details
- manage room blocks and pick-up
- ensure accurate billing instructions and conduct final reviews
- act as on-site contact responsible for smooth event execution
- coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill client needs
- maintain detailed event documentation and communication
