Job Duties
- administer the sales agreement
- detail all food, beverage and a/v needs
- manage room blocks and pick up
- handle billing instructions and final review
- act as the liaison between meeting planners and hotel staff
- serve as on-site contact during events
- ensure smooth execution of all events
