Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience
  • proficiency in general computer knowledge
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • must be extremely detail oriented and organized
  • ability to work under fast paced environments
  • preferred two years hotel experience or completed event management trainee program
  • preferred completion of PSS or equivalent training

Job Duties

  • Administering sales agreements
  • detailing all food, beverage, and audio/visual needs
  • managing room blocks and pickup
  • handling billing instructions and conducting final reviews
  • acting as liaison between meeting planners and hotel staff
  • being the on-site contact for event execution
  • ensuring smooth execution of all events
