Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in event planning or coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to handle physical activities related to event setup and coordination

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning or management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in event management software preferred
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Anticipate client needs and ensure their expectations are met
  • Attain high service scores related to client satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to client feedback and address concerns immediately
  • Coordinate all event logistics including room setups, food and beverage, audio-visual, billing, transportation, and recreation
  • Conduct pre- and post-event conferences to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain organized client files and distribute accurate information to all departments
  • Communicate effectively with operational departments to fulfill contractual obligations
  • Attend weekly team meetings and report operational issues as necessary
  • Foster a positive work environment and assist other departments as needed
