Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in event planning or coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to handle physical activities related to event setup and coordination

- Proven experience in event planning or management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in event management software preferred

Job Duties
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients through effective communication
- Anticipate client needs and ensure their expectations are met
- Attain high service scores related to client satisfaction
- Respond promptly to client feedback and address concerns immediately
- Coordinate all event logistics including room setups, food and beverage, audio-visual, billing, transportation, and recreation
- Conduct pre- and post-event conferences to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain organized client files and distribute accurate information to all departments
- Communicate effectively with operational departments to fulfill contractual obligations
- Attend weekly team meetings and report operational issues as necessary
- Foster a positive work environment and assist other departments as needed
