Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in general computer knowledge
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Ability to handle fast paced environment
- Prefer two years hotel experience or completed event management trainee program
- Prefer completed PSS or equivalent training

Job Duties
- Administer sales agreement
- Detail all food, beverage and A/V needs
- Manage room blocks and pick up
- Oversee billing instructions and final review
- Act as on-site contact during events
- Ensure smooth event execution
- Liaise between meeting planners and hotel staff
