- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with computers

Job Duties
- Administer the sales agreement for group bookings
- Coordinate food, beverage, and audiovisual needs for events
- Manage room blocks and monitor room pick-up
- Oversee billing instructions and conduct final billing reviews
- Serve as the on-site contact for event execution ensuring smooth operations
- Liaise between meeting planners and hotel staff to meet all event requirements
- Ensure all events meet Hyatt standards of excellence
