Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event planning or hotel event coordination
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills including event management software
- Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships

- Proven experience in event planning or hospitality management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Proficiency in coordinating with various hotel departments
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lead meetings and work collaboratively with teams
Job Duties
- Guide clients through the experience creation journey
- Detail all food, beverage and A/V needs
- Manage room blocks and pick up
- Provide clients billing instructions and facilitate final review of all charges
- Review and coordinate with banquet chefs on creative menus and new product ideas
- Meet with clients to work out the details of their functions and escort them through the property highlighting features and available services
- Produce quotes and written confirmations such as banquet event orders and group resumes in a timely and thorough manner
- Lead BEO and EO meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Work with vendors as needed and adhere to internal event budgets
