Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or hospitality management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of billing and contract administration

Job Duties

  • Administer the sales agreement for events
  • Detail all food, beverage, and audio/visual needs
  • Manage room blocks and pickups
  • Oversee billing instructions and conduct final event reviews
  • Serve as the on-site contact to ensure smooth event execution
  • Communicate event details to all relevant hotel departments
  • Assist the banquet team as needed during events
