Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years hotel sales experience
- at least 1 year food and beverage industry experience
- proficiency in contract negotiation and interpretation
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- computer literacy with Microsoft Office
- professional appearance and demeanor
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- effective time management
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- experience with CRM software
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- 1-year food and beverage experience
- strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
- developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
- working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- present a professional appearance and confidence
- ability to communicate effectively with public and other team members
- strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of events from planning to execution
- act as liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel
- provide direction and supervision during meeting and banquet functions
- be available to clients during events to resolve problems and suggest alternatives
- manage logistics for group room blocks, food and beverage, meeting spaces, and billing
- ensure exceptional guest experiences
- maintain professional communication with clients and team members
