Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years hotel sales experience
  • at least 1 year food and beverage industry experience
  • proficiency in contract negotiation and interpretation
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • computer literacy with Microsoft Office
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • effective time management
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • experience with CRM software

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
  • 1-year food and beverage experience
  • strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
  • working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • present a professional appearance and confidence
  • ability to communicate effectively with public and other team members
  • strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of events from planning to execution
  • act as liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel
  • provide direction and supervision during meeting and banquet functions
  • be available to clients during events to resolve problems and suggest alternatives
  • manage logistics for group room blocks, food and beverage, meeting spaces, and billing
  • ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • maintain professional communication with clients and team members
