Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and attend seminars, webinars, educational classes, and client appreciation events throughout the Fort Worth area
  • Lead and manage the events team to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand standards
  • Confirm and schedule event attendees using approved call scripts and follow up processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise before, during, and after events
  • Drive conversion of event attendees into scheduled prospective client appointments
  • Engage attendees in meaningful conversations and build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Process post event evaluation forms and accurately input data into the CRM system
  • Schedule qualified attendees for complimentary consultations with advisors
  • Track and report weekly KPIs using spreadsheets and internal reporting tools
  • Manage a high-volume calendar of more than 150 events annually
  • Maintain availability for Tuesday and Thursday evening events, Friday afternoon events, and two to three weekends per year
  • Photograph events using an iPhone and maintain organized photo records
  • Create and post event promotions on social media platforms and track performance metrics
  • Publish event photos and engagement highlights across social media channels
  • Availability to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings for scheduled events
