Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hotel sales, events, or hospitality coordination preferred
  • strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • familiarity with Envision Sales or similar systems preferred
  • customer service orientation aligned with Hyatt values

Job Duties

  • coordinate and administer the planning and execution processes for meetings and events
  • serve as a key point of contact between clients, sales leadership, and hotel departments
  • prepare and manage contracts, proposals, correspondence, and meeting documentation
  • accurately enter and track group and event details in Envision Sales systems
  • support meetings from initial booking through execution by preparing and distributing banquet event orders (BEOs) and group resumes
  • coordinate event details with Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, Audio Visual, and Housekeeping departments
  • manage client and internal inquiries and assist with site inspections and pre-con meetings
  • support sales and events reporting and maintain organized files, calendars, and records
