Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel sales, events, or hospitality coordination preferred
- strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- familiarity with Envision Sales or similar systems preferred
- customer service orientation aligned with Hyatt values

Job Duties
- coordinate and administer the planning and execution processes for meetings and events
- serve as a key point of contact between clients, sales leadership, and hotel departments
- prepare and manage contracts, proposals, correspondence, and meeting documentation
- accurately enter and track group and event details in Envision Sales systems
- support meetings from initial booking through execution by preparing and distributing banquet event orders (BEOs) and group resumes
- coordinate event details with Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, Audio Visual, and Housekeeping departments
- manage client and internal inquiries and assist with site inspections and pre-con meetings
- support sales and events reporting and maintain organized files, calendars, and records
