Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel sales, meetings, events, or hospitality coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Envision Sales or similar systems preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation aligned with Hyatt values

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and administer meeting and event planning processes
  • Serve as key point of contact between clients, sales leadership, and hotel departments
  • Prepare and manage event documentation including contracts, proposals, and correspondence
  • Accurately enter and track group and event details in sales systems
  • Support meetings from booking through execution by preparing banquet event orders, group resumes, and internal communications
  • Coordinate details with hotel operating departments including Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, AV, and Housekeeping
  • Manage client and internal inquiries, assist with site inspections and pre-con meetings
