Job Duties
- coordinate and administer meeting and event planning processes
- serve as key contact between clients, sales leadership, and hotel departments
- support booking lifecycle and manage event documentation
- prepare and distribute banquet event orders and group resumes
- coordinate with various hotel operating departments including banquets, culinary, front office, AV, and housekeeping
- manage client and internal inquiries
- assist with site inspections and pre-con meetings
