Job Duties

  • coordinate and administer meeting and event planning processes
  • serve as key contact between clients, sales leadership, and hotel departments
  • support booking lifecycle and manage event documentation
  • prepare and distribute banquet event orders and group resumes
  • coordinate with various hotel operating departments including banquets, culinary, front office, AV, and housekeeping
  • manage client and internal inquiries
  • assist with site inspections and pre-con meetings
