Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to event planning managers
  • manage event inquiries and create banquet event orders
  • assist with billing and contract review
  • plan and service sales groups including menu planning and agenda setting
  • coordinate hotel meeting services and logistical details such as set-up and audiovisual needs
  • manage room blocks and event pick-up
  • serve as the on-site contact to ensure smooth execution of events
  • facilitate communication between clients and hotel departments before, during, and after events
