Job Duties

  • Direct and oversee event logistics
  • Coordinate with over 30 campus units to organize faculty resources
  • Oversee planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and banquets including catering, AV, and scheduling
  • Manage event staff including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Maintain event databases and monitor expenses
  • Prepare event materials and major event binders
  • Provide professional customer service and serve as campus liaison for event coordination
