Job Requirements

  • four year hospitality degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • minimum one year of hotel experience preferred

Job Duties

  • service events
  • work closely with event managers in contract negotiations and servicing accounts
  • plan banquet food, beverage and setup including menu planning and agenda setting
  • coordinate hotel meeting services, hospitality amenities and special VIP requests
  • review contracts and facilitate communication with pertinent hotel staff before, during and after events
  • assist in hosting site inspections
  • participate or lead event meetings and staff meetings
  • provide administrative support to sales and events managers
