Job Requirements

  • Possession of identification proving authorization to work in the United States
  • No sponsorship for work visas offered
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in event coordination or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new computer programs
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Duties

  • Serve events by assisting in banquet food, beverage and setup planning
  • Collaborate with Event Managers in contract negotiations and account servicing
  • Review contracts and facilitate communication with hotel staff before, during, and after events
  • Assist in hosting site inspections and lead event or staff meetings
  • Coordinate hospitality amenities and special VIP requests to ensure high service levels
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Events Managers
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and complete projects timely
