- At least 1 year of related work experience

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions to make introductions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine proper setup and timeline
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
- Follow all company and safety policies and procedures and report unsafe conditions
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
- Communicate using clear and professional language and answer telephones appropriately
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
- Inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Navigate narrow or elevated spaces and uneven surfaces
- Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors
