Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 18 months hotel experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency with general computer applications
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • creative and adaptable mindset
  • willingness to learn and grow in hospitality field

Job Qualifications

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in general computer knowledge
  • experience with Excel and Canva preferred
  • hospitality or hotel industry experience preferred
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

Job Duties

  • assist event planning managers in organizing events
  • coordinate VIP needs and amenities
  • plan visits and detail event programs including menus and setups
  • maintain accurate forecasting for rooms and food and beverage
  • respond to and distribute incoming event leads
  • act as primary contact for small catering groups
  • manage event details from planning through onsite execution and billing review
