Job Requirements

Job Duties
- assist event planning managers in all aspects of planning and servicing events
- coordinate VIP needs, amenities, and visits
- detail event programs including menus, setup, and other logistics
- maintain accurate forecasting for rooms and food and beverage
- respond to and distribute incoming leads
- act as primary contact for small catering groups managing all event details from planning to onsite execution and post-event bill review
